Introduction to Lliama Chia

Through the invisible telepathic commands of the universal spiritual forces (Ka), and ones physical body-(Zimba) and their breathing motor and anatomic movements (Ngoma) we manifest physical energy and through their physical energy one is able to manifest KA-ZIMBA NGOMA na ‘LLIAMA CHIA`....`Lliama Chia` shows us how to manifest the disciplines to bring about the union of inner and outer as one whole. The Spirt of Loving & Protection of all Nature

Creative Life Force...
The creative live force shows mercy towards all living creatures. In the cosmic scheme, all things receive the creators blessings in equal measure.

Pain is a manifestation of love. For without experiencing pain, we cannot appreciate comfort. If we break natures law, we cannot attain success in any worthy endeavour.

It is of prime importance for each individual to discipline themselves so that they receive nature’s blessings with gratitude and perceive the relative value of each blessing as it is received.

Ka-Zimba Ngoma na Ijakadi na Lliama Chia training is based on love. One who seeks to improve oneself, caring naught about anyone else will never become adept in Ijakadi, but one who seeks to help others polish their own art will experience the natural flow of Love & empathy that is created through this type of mutual exchange, our core foundation. Ka-Zimba Ngoma begins and ends with... Gratitude (Shukrani)and Respect (Hashima)........ Mfundishi Hamzah & Equiano

How to do it.......Ka-Zimba Ngoma

To learn Ka-zimba Ngoma we must first attend to the masters, open our minds in order to master. We must watch the Lions(Zimba) Tigers (Ekun) the Snake(Nyoka), the pounding wave(umbawa),Mother natures diverse wildlife...For the forces of KA-ZIMBA NGOMA comes not from man, but from Nature and each true master contemplates/meditates upon these forces drawing up within themselves the Soul (Roho) the true essence of nature....
We must be still (Abit) and take unto ourselves the rhythms of the Ocean (Nla), the trees(Mti), the wind (Upepo). Then when the time comes, negative forces will be unable to touch us, as they are unable to stop the pounding waves, the whipping branch or catch the swooping bird.......
But it is not enough. We ourselves, out of the deepest rhythms of the cosmos, must find a way between these motions, effortlessly we must turn the pounding wave into the whipping branch, and mix it with a kick of lightening, we must contemplate-meditate until our mind is gone and ride with the current that connects all things without stumbling....
Then when the time comes to act, our earthly-self will perch above us on a branch, singing the ancestral tune to which our body uses to dance through danger..... Mfundishi Hamzah & Equiano
